The NBA season is underway and the college basketball season begins this week. We talk about real-life issues in college and NBA basketball with former New York Knicks player Hubert Davis.
Hubert was a college star at the University of North Carolina from 1988-92, then played 12 years in the NBA. He played for the Knicks for his first five seasons and played in Toronto, Dallas, Detroit, Washington and New Jersey in the seasons that followed.
Hubert talks about his college years and the challenges of playing in the NBA as young, single man. He’s now a studio analyst on college basketball for ESPN. Working in that role is really quite miraculous for Hubert. He tells us why and offers advice for many young basketball players.
This is an encouraging visit with former college and NBA player, Hubert Davis.
