The United States lost a heart breaker in men’s hockey on Sunday 3-2 in overtime to Canada.
At the conclusion of the games the United States took in a total of 37 medals. Germany finished second with 30 while Canada came in third with 26.

The United States Hockey Team tied it up at “2” in the third period sending the gold medal game to overtime. Twenty-two year old Sydney Crosby scored the winning goal for Canada.
The United States finished with 37overall medals—the first time Team USA has finished atop the medal standings since 1932.
